Summary of Position CTC’s production team is seeking an experienced
Salesperson who will be an outstanding addition to our growing team. As an
Account Executive, you will help to drive revenue in the area of Advertising
sales. The candidate must be strategic and solution-oriented with the
ability to go beyond traditional sales tools in order to close deals. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are
critical, with an ability to thrive in a team-oriented production environment.
General Accountabilities·
Prospect,
grow and close the business to meet and exceed sales goals.
Powerfully
present CTC opportunities in the marketplace while leading sales ·
Work
closely with management to forecast, offering clear visibility on sales and
revenue performance by updating deal pipelines and sales status.
Maintain
an understanding of competitors and industry trends.
Proactively share
knowledge with the team and incorporate them into sales packages
Job Qualifications
Excellent
verbal and written communications skills required in both English and Chinese
Minimum
of 3 years of integrated sales experience with a solid understanding of
developing and analyzing media plans
Ability
to independently prospect, develop a new business pipeline and close deals
Experience
creating effective pitch materials and sales decks ·
Must
have outstanding communication skills and can effectively present information to clients
Passion,
enthusiasm, energy, humor, and the ability to convey this through phone and
email communications
